These Terms govern your use of the website www.nexusnonprofits.com (the “Website”), landing pages, funnels, social media content, emails, courses, and any services you receive from NEXUS.

1. Definitions

Users are defined as individuals visiting the Website, landing pages, funnels, engaging with NEXUS social media, emails, or courses. Clients are individuals and/or business entities that have reviewed, signed, and dated a NEXUS Client Engagement Agreement. By visiting the Website, landing pages, funnels, social media channels, engaging with emails or courses, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms (whether on behalf of yourself as an individual or a legal entity you represent). Users who do not agree with these Terms are strictly prohibited from accessing the Website, landing pages, funnels, or receiving any services from NEXUS.

3. Incorporated Documents and Sites

The NEXUS Privacy Policy and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated into these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you certify that you have read and agree to the NEXUS Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

The NEXUS blog, landing pages, social media content, emails, courses, and other materials, resources, information, and services you receive from NEXUS are incorporated into these Terms. By using any of the services mentioned above, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms.

All courses provided by NEXUS are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

8. No Refund Policy

All purchases of products and services made directly through the NEXUS website are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a Client Engagement Agreement. Certain programs may offer a refund policy, which will be specifically outlined within the Client Engagement Agreement signed by you. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy unless otherwise documented in a signed agreement.

9. 8-Day Nonprofit Challenge Course

The 8-Day Nonprofit Challenge course is specifically designed for individuals completing IRS Form 1023 EZ. This course is not intended for those completing the full Form 1023.
